Established in September 2003, Stosius and Staff Constructions Pty Ltd was built on the successful foundation of Stosius Constructions Pty Ltd, which was founded by Peter Stosius in 1972.

Working collaboratively, the Company Directors, Peter and his son, John Stosius, have continued to build on the excellent reputation of the founding Company for high quality workmanship which has enabled them to win major contracts from a wide range of Clients and Architects.

Particularly specialising in the conversion of existing buildings and a diverse range of high quality, architectural and domestic work, Stosius and Staff Constructions Pty Ltd have undertaken many complex renovations for the institutional, commercial and domestic markets.

Of course not limited to renovation works, Stosius and Staff Constructions Pty Ltd have produced many fine structures, including Nursing Homes, Independent Living Units, Factories and for the domestic market, a range of Units and Architect Designed Homes.

Stosius and Staff Constructions Pty Ltd boasts a compact Company Structure with a stable group of selected sub- contractors and a reliable corps of multi skilled employees, including site managers, foreman, plant operators, concretors, scaffolders also job stewards and O.H. & S. representatives.

Both Peter and John's exceptional interpersonal skills allow them to quickly form a rapport with their Clients, ensuring an easy flow of information in regard to the job.
